Ahhhh so, yes, the forum is down…. and has been down for about a week after approximately 6 months of 30 spam sign ups a day, non spam sign ups being refused and other hilarious shenanigans (none of which are remotely funny). So here is a baby blog instead. The theme hasn’t been massaged yet.. and I’m trying to get the categories to display but that will come when I have some spare time.

Anyway, this is where we will be posting updates and people can comment and it will be Bigger and Better™ than the forum… especially if we can convince Spreckenstein and perhaps some of our regular DJs to do post some STUFF.

It very happily coincides with our 8th birthday. Yes, that’s right, The Coven is 8! That’s pretty god damned old for a Goth Club. Spreckenstein and myself have been running Coven since February 2003 and we were ably assisted by our good mate QZ for the year we were at the Good Woman Inn. So, we’ve had 5 venues, countless door bitches, DJs and bands from all over the place and a very loyal group of awesome people who have seen us through the lot.. and we thank you!

To celebrate our 8 year anniversary, we’re holding a mighty big gig!
